Combined Basic Life Support

This course is designed in mind with health care professionals who care for both Adults and Paediatric patients. Delegates who attend this course will have hands on skills and knowledge on both Adult and paediatric basic life support. Safe use of AED on both Adult and child will be taught. This course is compliant with Resuscitation council UK guidelines. Continuous assessments there for competency.

This course is ideal for any Health care professionals working in a setting where they care for both Adult, Child, and Baby patients such as,

• GP centres
• Learning disability care centres
• Special need care centres. Or Agency Nurses and Carers etc.

Delegates Age: 14+ (Under 18 must be accompanied by parent or a responsible adult)

• Primary Survey
• Chain of survival
• Recognition of Cardiac arrest
• How to perform effective CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant)
• Choking management (Adult, Child, and infant)
• Anaphylaxis management
• Safe use of AED (Adult and Child)
• Effective and safe use of BVM and Oxygen
